“Money Mathmatics” teacher workshop by The Chin Family

Managing money is a life skill and it requires the applications of mathematics. Investor and Financial Education Council (IFEC), in collaboration with Education Bureau will organize a teacher workshop. It aims to introduce teaching resources that can help teachers teaching financial education and Mathematics in junior secondary.

The "Money Mathematics" teaching resource will be introduced in the workshop. The teaching resource includes money management topics for the junior secondary Mathematics curriculum. It comprises six topics that are embedded in the curriculum of secondary one to three. The package provides question bank, presentation slides and teacher’s manual which facilitate the teaching and reduces workload in lesson preparation

Also, We have invited Mr Tang Sze-ki and Mr Lun Ho-yan from Hong Kong Chinese Women's Club College for teaching experience sharing and knowledge enrichment.
