To cater to the unique needs of vulnerable members of society, we have invited organisations to develop investor and financial education initiatives which aim to:
- help disadvantaged families develop investor and financial education skills and habits so that they can plan for their future;
- support vulnerable groups to build financial resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath;
- promote investor and financial education among different ethnic groups while embracing cultural diversity in money management; and
- motivate and drive desirable financial behaviours of vulnerable communities or groups with special learning needs through innovative approaches.

Financial Literacy Project for Single Parents
Hong Kong Single Parents Association
The workshops and activities are designed specifically for single parents and their children to help them build positive attitudes toward financial management, leading to good mental health.
JA Youth Smart Finance Program
Junior Achievement Hong Kong
The program is a progressive and experiential financial learning experience offered to F.3 to F.6 ethnic minority students by volunteers sharing real-life experiences.
MDW Empowerment through Financial Literacy
EmpowerU
Migrant domestic workers (MDWs) are empowered to make sound financial decisions and avoid taking on bad debt through a series of hybrid learning sessions.
Financial Literacy Project for Drug Rehabilitants
The Society for the Aid and Rehabilitation of Drug Abusers
The workshops and experiential learning activities of this project aim to enhance the financial quotient and overall well-being of non-Chinese young drug abusers.
Financial Literacy Project for Underprivileged Primary Students
Tung Wah Group of Hospitals
The project aims to enhance the financial knowledge of P.4 to P.6 students of low-income families and instill good money management attitudes and values.
Financial Literacy Project in Transitional Housing for High-Risk Youths
Youth Outreach
With group activities and individual coaching sessions, this project assists at-risk-youths from ages 15 to 21 to build financial goals and to execute financial plans.
